关于温度传感器LM35DZ的问题

刚学到温度传感器，碰到问题了。相信电路图和代码都是简单明了的，但是为什么编译下载后出现错误：
avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00

当然了，串口监视器也没有任何显示， 这行文字是什么意思？如何改正？

搜索一下网上的答案，重新拔插了数据线，竟然正常了。 不知所以然，希望有个合理的解释。

多谢，应该是“arduino在IDE下载过程中没有复位”。
