我也遇到了同样的问题，windows7 32bit, 安装不了驱动，

好多克隆版本win7精简掉了很多东西，我也一样遇到这个问题，但是重装了安装版win7就一切ok了

谢谢。我现在试了很多办法都没成功，有点草木皆兵了。所以请问您重装的win7是专业版，家庭版还是旗舰版？

我刚刚把win8的preview装上了（以前用盗版win7），然后用官网上的驱动arduino-1.0-windows顺利完成安装，upload没问题，程序执行也没问题。
谢谢大家在前面的讨论，这些讨论给了我很多启发。
