arduino 总是不能到主界面

arduino-1.0.4-windows\arduino-1.0.4，在笔记本的WIN7上运行ide ，看运行界面一闪后，程序就结束了，看不到IDE界面呀
没找到什么原因，后来发现报错日值  请大家帮我指点下  谢谢
