更换CH340G求助

CH340G串口通信不正常需要换。

板子上的CH340G是没有标号的。
淘宝上有CH340G卖，但是查了一下发现引脚不相同（不理解为什么这个是不同的？），所以没下单。

手头上的板子的PCB 跟下面贴子里的很像：

上面有个“POWER"字。

已经拆了，

看上去是个问题D板
刚买的时候没注意去验一下。

这个板晶振旁边的电容居然贴的是电阻。

C20，C21一个贴了4.7k电阻
