求助 uno r3上传错误问题

报错信息如下：
Arduino:1.8.13 (Windows 10), 开发板："Arduino Uno WiFi"

项目使用了 26200 字节，占用了 (81%) 程序存储空间。最大为 32256 字节。

全局变量使用了1039字节，(50%)的动态内存，余留1009字节局部变量。最大为2048字节。



avrdude: stk500_paged_load(): (a) protocol error, expect=0x10, resp=0x5b

avrdude: stk500_cmd(): programmer is out of sync

avr_read(): error reading address 0x0000

    read operation not supported for memory "flash"

看上去好像编译没问题，但是上传就报错了，求助各位大佬帮忙看看是什么问题？

可能板型没选对

你开发板上是不是有个5V供电的器件在连着，这会使开发板烧录时供电不足，你要先拔掉这个原件供电线，烧录好程序后，再连上。
